Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week: Feeder steers 10.00-15.00 instances 20.00 lower. Feeder heifers 2.00-10.00 instances 15.00 lower. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls steady. Market was considerably softer on all classes of feeder cattle. The wet conditions and scattered winter weather created light reciepts and limited buyer participation. Quality was average to plain. Sold three video loads. To view information click this link (https://www.ams.usda.gov/mnreports/ams_3628.pdf ).
