Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week steers under 600 lbs. were mostly 5.00-6.00 higher, while those over 600 lbs. were mostly 5.00-8.00 higher. The exception was the 800-850 lb. steers which were mostly 2.00 lower. Heifers under 700 lbs. were steady to 3.00 higher, heavier heifers were mostly 2.00 lower. Demand was good for the moderate offerings. Trade was active.
