Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, 500-600 lb feeder steers were 8.00 - 12.00 higher; 700 lb steers 5.00 - 7.00 higher. Heifers weighing 500 - 600 lbs were 6.00 -8.00 higher, 700 wt heifers were 7.00 - 9.00 higher.

Many load lots of yearlings offered today. Demand was very good for today's offering of long-time weaned, green and vaccinated feeder calves.
