As filed

Compared to last Wednesday: Feeder steers sold 5.00-7.00 higher. Feeder heifers and bull calves traded fully steady to 2.00 higher. All classes of feeder cattle saw strong demand. Slaughter cows sold steady with a few high dressing individuals selling 6.00-8.00 higher. No test on slaughter bulls due to low receipts last week but there was good demand on the high dressers.

Slaughter cattle

By class and quality grade · $/cwt

Cull cows and bulls are graded, not weight-classed — grade is what moves the money here.
