As filed

Compared to the auction from two weeks ago, feeder steers under 750 lbs traded firm to 3.00 higher, over 750 lbs steady to 2.00 lower. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs steady to 5.00 higher, over 600 lbs steady. A typical spring sale with the lighter weight calves that will fit a grazing program finding a broad outlet and trading with mostly higher prices, while the buyers of the feedlot bound yearlings are much more cautious as they try to pencil out a break even using the currently high feed cost.
