As filed

Compared to the auction from two weeks ago, mostly small packages of calves offered with a lower undertone noted. Too few yearling cattle for a good comparison. Several unweaned and/or unvaccinated calves starting to show up, and we are entering the season when these cattle will start seeing bigger discounts compared to their counterparts that have had a complete health program. Demand was moderate to good and supply light.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
