As filed

Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold 3.00 to 6.00 lower, many spots as much as 9.00 lower. Feeder cattle prices are under pressure from climbing feed costs as grain prices have surged the past several weeks. Quality was uneven and most of the cattle on offer were in moderate to fleshy condition. Supply and demand moderate, light demand in spots.
