As filed

Compared to the last sale two weeks ago, a light offering of feeder cattle sold with a lower undertone. Slaughter cows mostly steady with some lean cows as much as 5.00 higher. A few weights did manage to hold their ground or even tack on a few dollars but for the most part the cattle over 500 lbs stayed near the bottom to middle of the trading range from two weeks ago, several dollars away from the tops. Mostly small groups of feeders on offer. Brutal day in the futures markets with most cattle contracts down triple digits and corn and beans both closing higher again. Supply light, demand moderate.
