As filed

No recently tested market for a price comparison. Steers and heifers sold with a higher undertone, sharply higher in many spots as the local cash market played catch up to the recent gains for feeder trade. Slaughter cows also traded sharply higher, mostly 6.00 to 10.00 higher. Really high quality on hand for the Annual Green Chop Special featuring a string of yearling load lots plus several part loads that fit together nicely. Buyers were very active throughout the day and easily absorbed the cattle on offer. Supply heavy, demand good to very good.
