As filed

Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers 1.00-6.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 550 lbs steady to 2.00 higher, over 550 lbs steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter cows steady. Demand good. Supply moderate. Several consignments of good quality fall calves this week weighing 425-650 lbs, some weaned and some not. Some recent easing back in corn prices has the feeder market fairly optimistic this week despite the current enormous packers margins and absence of supply and demand in the fed trade.
