As filed

Compared to last Tuesday, feeder steers under 650 lbs 5.00-15.00 higher with instances 20.00 higher near 500 lbs. Feeder heifers under 650 lbs 2.00-10.00 higher, feeder steers and heifers over 650 lbs near steady though very lightly tested. Slaughter cows 2.00-4.00 lower. Demand good. Supply moderate. Stronger feeder trade, especially in the lighter cattle with with several larger consignments of good quality cattle and a higher percentage of weaned cattle.

Slaughter cattle

By class and quality grade · $/cwt

Cull cows and bulls are graded, not weight-classed — grade is what moves the money here.
