Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Feeder supply not sufficient to establish a market trend. Slaughter cows steady compared to three weeks ago. Light run due to the winter weather and current difficulty shipping cattle west or north. Most consignments were moved to next week with bitterly cold but improving conditions expected.
