Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week slaughter cows sold 3.00-6.00 lower with slaughter bulls 2.00-4.00 higher. Supply was heavy with very good demand. This report combines the slaughter/replacement auction with the replacement sale tonite. High quality replacement cattle were in demand. Fancy bred heifers topped the sale at 3,100.00 per head. Bidding was very active thru the sale on replacement cattle.
