Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher and got back to the top prices that were achieved two weeks ago with some large groups of pre-conditioned calves on offer and near 10 loads of yearlings. A few groups of steers under 500 lbs traded 10.00 higher. Demand was good to very good and the quality was attractive. Corn made a big move sharply lower on Tuesday. Supply was moderate. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 3.00 higher.
