As filed

Compared to last week, steers sold 6.00-15.00 lower with those under 750 lbs seeing the full extent of the losses and heifers sold steady to 5.00 lower. Demand was moderate to good for a moderate supply made up mostly of loads of yearlings but also some consignments of mostly long weaned home raised cattle. The market has taken a slight downturn the past week or so with fed cattle trading mostly 7.00 lower last week, resulting in losses on the board as well, including Tuesday. Slaughter cows sold steady to 3.00 higher but some high dressing cows sold 5.00-8.00 higher, bulls sold with a higher undertone.
