As filed

Compared to the last feeder cattle auction three weeks ago, steer calves weighing 500-600 lbs sold 6.00-12.00 lower, with 600-750 lbs selling 4.00-6.00 lower and steers over 750 lbs trading with a lower undertone. Feeder heifers weighing 400-500 lbs sold 5.00-10.00 lower with most decline on the 450-500 lb heifers, 500-550 lbs sold 2.00-5.00 lower, with weights over 550 lbs selling with a lower undertone on few comparable sales. Slaughter cows sold fully steady to firm. Demand was moderate with supply moderate. Fed cattle trade has continued lower with rising corn prices and volatile cattle futures have all pressured the feeder cattle market.
