Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, slaughter cows and bulls traded steady to 2.00 higher with most of the gain on high dressing breaking cows and bulls. Demand was good on a moderate supply of slaughter animals and bred cows and a heavy supply of pairs. With temperatures approaching triple digits, pasture conditions are rapidly changing from good to poor with some talk of feeding hay where the showers have missed.
