As filed

Compared to last week, slaughter cows were steady and slaughter bulls were 2.00-3.00 higher. Demand was good on a light supply of replacement cattle and a moderate supply of slaughter animals. Much needed rain fell across parts of the area which should help pasture conditions. With warmer night temperatures, producers are hoping for a better hay crop than a year ago.
