As filed

Compared to last week, slaughter cows were steady to 2.00 higher and slaughter bulls were steady to 3.00 higher. Demand was good on a moderate supply of slaughter animals and a heavy supply of replacement cattle. There were several herd sellouts with lots of packages of bred cows and pairs in the offering. Replacement cattle had no problem finding a new home as a large crowd was ringside avoiding the cold, heavy winds outside. Slaughter bulls broke two dollars again with the top bull weighing 2080 lbs. selling for 201.00/cwt.
