Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Wednesday, feeder steers under 500 lbs 4.00-6.00 higher, over 500 lbs steady to 4.00 lower. Feeder heifers 8.00-12.00 higher. Slaughter cows steady. Demand uneven. Supply moderate. Considerably more interest in a heifer under 600 lbs this week. Bit of a down week for numbers and quality as the fancy fall born's will be back in force next week.
