As filed

Compared to last Wednesday, feeder steers under 600 lbs 6.00-12.00 lower, over 600 lbs 1.00-5.00 lower. Feeder heifers 5.00-10.00 lower. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 lower. Demand light to moderate. Supply moderate. Buying power was reduced from recent weeks and Wednesday's limit up move in August feeders didn't seem to find any true believers. Best demand by far on the weaned calves and yearlings over 650 lbs which approached steady money in spots. Most of the local light cattle support were apparently in the hay field. Hair and weaning status are a bigger factor this week with the first stretch of heat index weather.
