As filed

Compared to last week, steers sold steady to 6.00 lower and heifers were 2.00 to 6.00 lower. Supply was moderate and demand was good for the quality long weaned groups of cattle and very light for the unweaned or short weaned calves that showed signs of health concerns. Big swings in the futures market throughout the day added more uncertainty for buyers and sellers alike.
