As filed

Compared to last week, the best test of 500 - 650lb steers sold steady to 4.00 higher. Heifers sold with a mostly steady undertone. With the exception of a few consignments of long weaned and vaccinated cattle in good condition, quality was mostly below average this week with many groups of short weaned calves on offer. Demand was good on a light supply.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
