As filed

Compared to last week, steer calves and heifers traded steady to spots 5.00 higher except 450-500 lb steers selling 10.00 higher. The loads of yearling steers traded with a higher undertone but there have been no recent sales to compare to. Several loads and strings of the last yearlings coming off grass were offered along with some fancy weaned calves and demand was good for both. Supply was moderate to heavy. Slaughter cows sold 2.00-5.00 higher.
