As filed

Compared to last week, a light test of steers and heifers sold steady. Demand was mostly moderate to good, best for steers under 700 lbs but light for a few heifers over 650 lbs. Supply was light. Cattle futures have shown some strength the last few days as the industries attention turns to the nations slaughter capacity and ability to move cattle and beef through the pipeline. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 6.00-9.00 higher.
