Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold mostly steady to 3.00 lower. Supply was moderate and demand was moderate to good. The cool weather on Wednesday made for a nice day to gather cattle and several consignments arrived sale day. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady.
