Compared to last week, feeder steers under 400 pounds were 5.00 to 20.00 lower this week. Over 400 pounds were mixed. Feeder heifers under 400 pounds were also 5.00 to 20.00 lower this week. Over 400 pounds were steady to 10.00 lower. Slaughter Cows were steady to 4.00 lower this week. Slaughter bulls were steady to 2.00 higher this week. A very nice set of over 35 Cow/calf pairs with good udders and calves were offered and 30 head of some fancy bred cows offered as well. With rain coming in tonight and next couple of days, a good bit of younger cows went back to the farms as replacements this week.
