Reporter comment USDA

As filed

This is the first reported sale of the fall so no comparisons will be made. Todays offering consisted of mostly yearling steers and heifers with a few strings of spring calves. Most of spring calves were not weaned and buyers were not pushing the market to obtain these calves. Buyer demand very good for the heavier yearling steers and heifers that were offered today. It appears that heifers are being pre checked and we should see more heifers in the next weeks.
