Preconditioned Feeder Cattle Sale. Compared to last week, feeders steers weighing less than 500 lbs sold 5.00 to 6.00 higher, while those weighing more than 500 lbs sold steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers weighing less than 600 lbs sold steady to 5.00 higher, while those weighing more than 600 lbs sold 2.00 to 4.00 lower. Buyer demand was good for a moderate sale supply of fully preconditioned, long time weaned steers and heifers.
