The April feeder cattle sale showed a larger run of calves with the majority of the larger groups being 600-800 lbs. Compared to last month, Feeder Steers 300-400 lbs traded 30.00 lower, 400-600 lbs were 12.00-17.00 lower,600-700 lbs were 30.00-45.00 lower and 700-900 lb Steers were 20.00-25.00 lower. Feeder Heifers 300-500 lbs were mostly steady to firm, 500-700 lb heifers were 20.00-25.00 lower and 700-800 lb heifers were 5.00 higher with good demand.
