Compared to last week: Feeder steers form 550 lbs - 699 lbs were steady to 3.00 higher, 700 lbs - 749 lbs steers steady to 4.00 lower. Feeder heifers steady to 2.00 higher. No comparison made on yearlings due to the limited number offered. Good to very good demand for today's offerings of high quality feeder cattle. Many full loads and multiple load lots of one owner cattle. Cattle were long time weaned and in light flesh to moderate flesh condition. Very active market with many buyers on the seats looking to buy cattle. Next feeder sale will be Friday, January 14th expecting a large run of high quality feeder cattle.
