Compared to last sale two weeks ago: Steers from 500 lbs to 749 lbs were generally 10.00 to 15.00 higher, steers from 800 lbs to 849 lbs were mostly steady to 5.00 higher. Heifers from 650 lbs to 799 lbs were 5.00 to 15.00 higher. No Other comparisons available. A big run of cattle for todays auction that was the 29th Annual World Livestock Auctioneer Contest Anniversary sale. Very good demand for todays offering that consisted of light fleshed fall born calves right off the cow to moderate fleshed cattle coming out of a grow yard. An active market with order buyers and farmer feeders competing with internet buyers. Several strings of backgrounded cattle offered in multiple loads with plenty of part loads and packages available to make loads. Next feeder sale will be Friday, June 19, 2026.
