Compared to last week: Feeder steers up to 700 lbs . sold on a lower undertone, 800-1000 lbs . steers sold on a higher undertone. Steers over 1000 lbs 2.00 to 5.00 higher, except 1100-1200 lbs 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Heifers had a steady to higher undertone. Heifers 900-950 lbs. sold 7.00 higher. Demand was good. Some load lots in the heavier feeders. Again flesh and shots determined prices. The next feeder cattle auction will be Nov. 9th, expecting 3000 head of feeders, starting at 9:00 am.
