As filed

Compared to last week: Slaughter steers and heifers 1.00 to 2.00 lower, Holstein steers steady. Light demand for this nice offering of high quality grading steers and heifers. Packers were determined to buy cattle lower this week as the cattle futures continues to decline. Weighing conditions ran more towards the full side, hides continue to be very dirty with many carrying one-half to one percent in tag. Estimated dressed cost looked to run from 193.00-198.00. Few two way buyers in attendance. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 lower, bulls steady.

Slaughter lambs 1.00 to 2.00 higher. Slaughter ewes steady. Feeder lambs not well tested. Very good demand for slaughter lambs, good demand for slaughter ewes. Moderate demand for the few bred ewes on offer.
