Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week, quality was better overall which drove prices higher. Feeder Steer & Feeder Bull trends could not be established due to insufficient receipts from last week. Feeder Heifers $8.00-$15.00 higher, Slaughter Cows $7.00-$10.00 higher, Slaughter Bulls $8.00-$10.00 higher. Quality good to fancy. Demand good to strong.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
