There were not enough comparable sales on steer calves to call a trend, but trading was mostly steady on the better kinds. There were not enough comparable sales on heifer calves to call a market trend, but occasional instances of 5.00 to 15.00 higher were noted. The fleshier types of cows traded 2.00 to 7.00 higher. The thinner types traded steady. Slaughter bulls traded 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Trading was active on good buyer demand.
