As filed

Compared to last week: Sale prices continued to climb with the board with steer calves bringing up to 60.00 higher and heifer calves bringing up to 40.00 higher. Larger cattle seemed to slip back a bit this week but continued to be in good demand. Average to high yielding slaughter cattle traded 3.00-6.00 higher on good demand as well. Trade was active with a good supply of better type cattle. Cattle coming off wheat were in large supply as wheat fields are playing out due to continuing dry conditions in the area.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
