Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week: Not enough comparable sales on feeder steers or heifers for a market trend, but a firm undertone was noted. Slaughter cows and bulls traded 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Buyer demand was good on moderate to active trading activity. The majority of the trading region received some much needed rain, ranging from 2 tenths to 2 inches.
