Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week steer and heifer calves and yearlings 2.00-4.00 higher. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 higher, slaughter bulls 10.00 higher. Replacement cows and pairs not well tested. Trading and demand moderate calves and yearlings and active for slauighter cattle. Quality of calves and yearlings rather plain.

Head, weight ranges, average weights and price ranges are exactly as USDA AMS filed them — nothing recomputed, nothing rounded — in USDA's own reporting structure. This is RaisedBeef's rendering of that data, not a copy of USDA's document.
