As filed

Compared to the last sale two weeks ago, steers and heifers traded mostly 5.00 to 7.00 higher, with some loads of 8 wt steers trading steady to firm. Slaughter cows 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Nice offering of mostly yearling cattle this week that were met with good demand. Some unweaned calves are starting to show up in town and as usual are facing some steep discounts when compared to their weaned counterparts. Still hot in this part of the country with more fall-like temperatures expected in the next couple days. Supply moderate.
