Compared to last week, boning type slaughter cows were 1.00 to 2.00 higher and slaughter bulls were 4.00 to 5.00 higher; there were too few breaking type slaughter cows to establish an adequate market comparison. Feeder steers were mostly 1.00 to 4.00 higher; feeder heifers, 400-550 lbs., were 1.00 to 3.00 higher, while 550-700 lbs. were mostly 1.00 to 2.00 lower; feeder bulls were mostly 1.00 to 5.00 higher. Demand, market activity, and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were mostly moderate. Cattle quality was average. Baby calves (8 head) ranged 10.00 to 45.00 per head.
