As filed

Compared to last week, boning type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 higher; there were too few comparable breaking type slaughter cows and slaughter bulls to establish an adequate market comparison. Feeder steers were mostly steady to 1.00 lower; heifers were unevenly steady; and feeder bulls were mostly 3.00 to 7.00 lower. Demand for slaughter cattle was fairly good, while demand for feeder cattle was mostly moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average. Baby calves ranged 5.00 to 25.00 per head.
