As filed

Compared to last week: Slaughter steers 3.00 to 4.00 lower, heifers 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Holsteins steady to 1.00 lower. Demand for this offering was moderate. Black hided cattle definitely in biggest demand. Not much of a premium for non implant and drug free cattle. The past few weeks there have been more light weight cattle at the barn and fewer heavy cattle. Estimated dressed cost 290.00 - 297.00. Slaughter cows 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Bulls 5.00 to 6.00 higher.

Traditional weight slaughter lambs steady to 5.00 higher. Demand for this nice offering of sheep was good. Black faced lambs and ewes are in biggest demand. 70 lb - 90 lb lambs look to be staying pretty steady. Today there were more traditional slaughter weight lambs offered than the lighter weights. This is a change from the past couple months. Slaughter ewes steady.
