As filed

Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold mostly 2.00 higher, with instances of up to 5.00 higher. Quality was mostly attractive, with several load lots of cattle off of graze out wheat on offer. Slaughter cows and bulls sold mostly steady. Replacement cattle sold firm, with a nice set of cow-calf pairs on offer from Utah and Colorado. Trading activity was active on good demand. The weather has mostly been hot and dry, and most of the region is overdue for a rain. There is a chance of rain in the forecast over the weekend.
