Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Current hog receipts 10.

Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were 4.00 to 5.00 higher, while boning type slaughter cows and slaughter bulls were steady to 1.00 lower. Feeder steers were unevenly steady; heifers were mostly 1.00 to 9.00 higher; four-weight feeder bulls were 1.00 to

5.00 lower, while five-weights were 11.00 to 13.00 higher, and there were too few comparable six-weights to establish an adequate market comparison. Demand was good; market activity and buyer interest were active. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was

average to attractive.
