As filed

Compared to last week: best test on steers 600 to 650 lbs, 700 to 750 lbs, and 800 to 850 lbs 3.00 to 5.00 lower. Best test on heifers 550 to 600 lbs and 700 to 750 lbs 3.00 to 4.00 lower. Moderate to good demand for today's offering of mostly packages and a handful of loads. Flesh varied, from light to moderate plus, with slightly less flesh overall than last week. More plain to average and less attractive quality cattle on offer today. A much lighter offering than expected with many cancellations due to lower market conditions this week and losses all week on the live and feeder cattle futures. Producers are choosing to wait and hope conditions improve. A moderate to active market seen for today's offering. The next feeder cattle sale is Friday, March 6.
